The Education and Capacity Building program seeks to strengthen education’s relevance to the needs of the marginalized and vulnerable community while enhancing the efficiency and equity of elementary and secondary education, emphasizing underserved areas. The approach taken by JARDO will enhance the educational system in terms of administrative and personnel management, controls, and planning. Pedagogic management by increasing the demand for primary education and promoting gender equity among rurally displaced and marginalized individuals. JARDO will also seek to partner with existing global educational and literacy programs to develop and implement a curriculum that provides Marginalized Groups and youth of Vulnerable communities with functional literacy and numeracy skills to help them find employment or operate a small family business. By supporting rural and agropastoral Community School-going children with education in Somalia, JARDO will equip the next generation of Rural and agropastoral with the necessary skills and tools to earn a living and promote their overall well-being.
