JARDO collaborates with shelter working groups to support displaced populations, those in protracted displacement, and host communities by assessing shelter needs for both the short and long term across various contexts. We work to identify and implement solutions that address immediate shelter requirements while also considering long-term housing strategies. Our initiatives include supporting life-saving temporary shelters, enhancing transitional housing, and facilitating the development of sustainable homes. Through community engagement and collaboration with local stakeholders, we aim to empower individuals and families to live with dignity, ensuring they have the resources and support necessary to improve their quality of life.
